Estate-grown, Certified Organic, dry-farmed and own-rooted grapes. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels, with a few hours of skin contact, it has a little more heft and complexity than the more citrusy 2022 vintage. Pair with turkey, roasted Brussels sprouts, and Basil Pesto. 12% abv.
Fermented entirely in neutral French oak barrels and shows vibrant lemon along with some richness. Crisp. Not oaky or buttery. Reminiscent of a chard from Côte de Beaune, whereas the 2023 was more stony and Chablis-like. 12.5% abv.
Very reminiscent of Loire Valley cab franc. Bright raspberry and rhubarb, light on its feet, but with an earthiness and satisfying tannic structure. 11.5% abv.
