Intense, opulent, elegant, and meaty with red and black cherry fruit. Made with only neutral oak barrels (no new oak). Fuller-bodied, yet only 13% abv.
Distinctive, wild and mysterious, with strength, grace, aroma and flavor. Syrah lovers will really enjoy this wine. 100% whole-cluster and aged 12 months in neutral French oak barrels. 13% abv.
This is the eighth vintage of this wine, which has garnered a strong following. The 2022 sold out faster than expected! This wine is savory and drier than the slightly riper and wilder than the 2022 vintage because it was picked a little earlier, resulting in a more subtle skin-contact wine. This vintage is very food-friendly.
A singular Sauv Blanc coming from a Field Blend of 8 clones of the grape. Inspired by Sancerre, but reflecting the unique terroir at Red Willow vineyard. Neutral French oak barrel fermented. More lemon than grapefruit. Crisp, medium-bodied, and herbacious. We've been working with the vineyard since 2011. Pairing suggestion: Asparugus soup, oysters, salads.
Estate-grown, Certified Organic, dry-farmed and own-rooted grapes. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels, with a few hours of skin contact, it has a little more heft and complexity than the more citrusy 2022 vintage. Pair with turkey, roasted Brussels sprouts, and Basil Pesto. 12% abv.
Fermented entirely in neutral French oak barrels and shows vibrant lemon along with some richness. Crisp. Not oaky or buttery. Reminiscent of a chard from Côte de Beaune, whereas the 2023 was more stony and Chablis-like. 12.5% abv.
Very reminiscent of Loire Valley cab franc. Bright raspberry and rhubarb, light on its feet, but with an earthiness and satisfying tannic structure. 11.5% abv.
This is our second vintage of Chardonnay from Oak Ridge vineyard (dry-farmed and Certified Organic) which sits at 1,400' elevation in the Columbia Gorge. This vintage was fermented entirely in neutral French oak barrels and shows vibrant lemon and a stony minerality. Medium bodied and Chablis-like.
